A future-ready community development institution.
Home Rise Community Foundation builds, owns, and operates mission-aligned real estate — and wraps it with the financial education, housing stability, and workforce training families need to rise.
Home Rise Community Foundation exists to expand access to safe housing, economic stability, and pathways to homeownership by developing community-centered real estate, providing financial education, and restoring opportunity in underserved neighborhoods.
To become a future-ready community development institution that builds, owns, and operates mission-aligned real estate — creating neighborhoods where families gain stability, build wealth, and rise into long-term economic security across multiple cities and generations.
What guides every decision we make.
Dignity First
Every family we serve is met with respect, agency, and pathways — not handouts.
Ownership Over Renting
We acquire the buildings that serve our communities so mission outlasts any lease.
Integrated Ecosystem
Each initiative reinforces the next — stability leads to literacy, literacy to ownership, ownership to wealth.
Community-Rooted
Programs are designed in and for the neighborhoods we serve, with local hiring and tenancy.
Generational Outlook
We measure success in decades and family lines, not single program cycles.
Transparent Stewardship
As a 501(c)(3), we operate with the financial transparency our donors and community deserve.
