Tax Information

Home Rise Community Foundation is organized under the Illinois General Not For Profit Corporation Act and is in the process of being recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3). Once the IRS determination letter is issued, contributions will be tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law and dated retroactively to the date of formation.
